Human Factors aren’t new but our approach is, taking a page from Crew Resource Management(CRM). We apply the REC model using tools and cognitive aids.

Evaluate, creating a high level of Situational Awareness(SA).

Control, using tools and techniques specifically designed to address errors and mistakes at all levels. Active and Latent errors.
